Cookie Policy
Last updated: March 2026This policy explains how sanction.duediligence.one uses cookies. At prototype stage, cookie use is intentionally minimal.
What we use
Strictly necessary cookies (no consent required)
These keep the site operational: session continuity, authentication, security tokens, load balancing, and your cookie preference record. They cannot be disabled without breaking core site functionality.
Preference cookies
These remember your language and interface settings. They require consent.
Analytics cookies (opt-in only)
Where enabled with your consent, we use two analytics tools:
- Plausible Analytics — privacy-first, cookieless page view analytics. No personal data collected, no cross-site tracking, EU-hosted.
- Microsoft Clarity — session replay and heatmap analytics to understand how users interact with the interface. Clarity may store cookies to identify sessions. No data is used for advertising. Microsoft processes data under its Privacy Statement.
Neither tool is loaded until you explicitly accept analytics cookies via the consent banner. We do not use advertising, retargeting, or third-party tracking cookies.
How to manage cookies
- Accept or refuse optional cookies via the banner when you first visit
- Change your preferences at any time in your browser settings
- Delete stored cookies at any time through your browser
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect site functionality.
Framework
This policy is written with reference to EU cookie best practice and Moldova's data protection framework, including the transition to Law No. 195/2024 from 23 August 2026.
