Status of this platform
sanction.duediligence.one is:
- a research prototype
- a technology demonstration
- a pilot-stage validation environment
It is not offered as a commercial production service.
What the prototype demonstrates
The prototype illustrates:
- direct-match sanctions screening across official public sources
- deterministic name normalisation and fuzzy matching
- beneficial ownership and UBO chain analysis
- adversarial verification of RED FLAG findings
- structured GREEN / YELLOW / RED reporting
- auditable report generation with RFC 3161 timestamps
Technology providers
The prototype may use services including those from Anthropic, Google, AWS, xAI, and others. All use is subject to the providers' own terms, data processing documentation, and usage policies.
Where applicable:
- Anthropic states it may not train models on commercial customer content
- Google Cloud offers configurable data retention options for Vertex AI
- AWS Bedrock processes within the configured region
No claim is made that AI-generated outputs are error-free or suitable for compliance use.
Public data sources
Where official public sources are used (OFAC, EU FSF, UK HMT, UN, SECO, OpenSanctions, ONRC, E-Gov Moldova), data is displayed for demonstration only. Some sources restrict commercial or automated use — such restrictions remain fully applicable. Our prototype treats these sources as research and reference layers, not certified compliance feeds.
Strict prohibition on commercial and decision-use
This platform and its outputs must not be used for:
- commercial service delivery
- legal, compliance, investment, onboarding, or operational decisions
- adverse action against any person or entity
All outputs require independent human review and, where relevant, professional legal assessment.
No legal advice
Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice, compliance advice, a sanctions opinion, or a legal determination of any kind.
Data protection and AI governance
The platform is developed with reference to GDPR principles, Moldova's data protection framework (Law No. 133/2011 / Law No. 195/2024 from 23 August 2026), privacy-by-design, and the EU AI Act's risk-based governance approach.
Intellectual property
All content, branding, workflows, and materials on this platform are owned by or licensed to DueDiligence.one. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
